South West Institute of TAFE, SW TAFE

It's helping people get the skills they need to find a job and advance their careers. Smart and Skilled provides eligible students with: an entitlement to government-subsidised training up to and including Certificate III.
Adult learners can apply for grants and bursaries to help pay for courses and training. Usually, you do not have to pay this money back. For most grants and bursaries you apply directly to the organisation that gives them out. They'll have an application form and will be able to tell you if you qualify.
Government subsidised training means that, if you are eligible and there is a subsidised place available, the government will pay a part of the student fee on your behalf, with you paying the balance. There are some courses which are fully subsidised (no cost to you), including fee-free apprenticeships.

A tuition fee – the total course fee can range from: A$4,395 to A$15,450 per semester for vocational courses. A$6,680 to A$11,500 per semester for TAFE NSW Degree courses.Domestic students who enrol in a TAFE Degree course will be required to pay tuition fees for all subjects they are enrolled in each semester. International students who enrol in a TAFE Degree course pay their tuition fees each semester.

Get a degree via TAFE NSW
If you want to go to university but need to gain entrance qualifications or be more prepared before you do, a TAFE NSW to university pathway is the answer. You can also use your TAFE NSW training and qualifications towards your degree, so you can start at a more advanced stage.Studies have indicated TAFE graduates get better salaries and have better job prospects. In most cases, students graduate from TAFE faster than university. A TAFE qualification can take six months to two years full time, whereas at university it's usually a three year minimum (full time) to complete a degree.

Basically a traineeship is working while completing a qualification. Your employer will cover the costs of your study and in return you will work at that centre until your traineeship is complete.
A management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations. Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, or operations.
They also tend to have different lengths of completion time, with Apprenticeships taking anywhere between 3.5-4 years to complete, where a traineeship is usually a few months to a year long.
How Fee Free Apprenticeships work. The NSW Department of Industry will pay the student fee on behalf of any apprentice who commences their apprenticeship training on or after 1 July 2018. The fee will be paid directly to TAFE NSW.

Standard Incentives
$1,250 incentive for an employer who commences an apprentice or trainee in Certificate II training; or $1,500 incentive for an employer who commences an Australian Apprentice in Certificate III, IV or selected Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications.Apprentices are paid a percentage of a journeyperson's wage rate, which increases with each successful year of training. The percentages vary by trade. The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum found that employers receive a net benefit of $1.47 for every $1 spent on apprenticeship training.
Generally speaking, you only include GST on the tax invoice if the grant is a payment for a supply that is taxable. Whether a supply is taxable will depend on the conditions for receiving the grant.
