A problem statement is usually one or two sentences to explain the problem your process improvement project will address. In general, a problem statement will outline the negative points of the current situation and explain why this matters.
On the menu bar, select File > New > Project.
- In the left (Templates) pane, select Other Project Types > Visual Studio Solutions in the expanded list.
- In the middle pane, select Blank Solution.
- Enter Name and Location values for your solution, and then select OK.
Identifying solutions is an iterative process: Start by generating hypotheses about how you think you can solve your problem. Then, structure these hypotheses in a how map. Next, decide which hypothesis you want to test first before conducting the actual testing. Finally, conclude: did you find an appropriate solution?
The Drill Project is a conservation initiative aimed at providing educational resources and conducting scientific research to aid in conservation efforts regarding the endangered Drill monkey on Bioko Island.
A solution statement is a detailed blueprint of the design of each solution you have prioritised. It tells the why and how it will solve the problem and provides a clear direction or vision on how your solutions will move the project forward.
Your WHY statement should be able to encapsulate all of the qualities we just mentioned—and it should be able to do so in a single sentence.

- What is a problem statement? Problem statements lead the reader from a shared context to the perception of a problem, and on to a proposed solution.

Your proposed solution should relate the current situation to a desired result and describe the benefits that will accrue when the desired result is achieved. So, begin your proposed solution by briefly describing this desired result.
Solutioning. The process of finding a solution to a problem. The process the subject goes through to arrive at the desired actions or responses is called "solutioning!"
So why is it so important to plan the details of your solution? Simply put, careful planning allows you to more effectively solve the problem with which you are grappling by giving you the framework on which the solution will hang. Planning helps you save time, energy, and resources in the long run.
Business problems are current or long term challenges and issues faced by a business. These may prevent a business from executing strategy and achieving goals. In some cases, business problems also threaten the long term survival of a firm.
How to Write a Business Proposal

A business plan is a written document that describes in detail how a business—usually a startup—defines its objectives and how it is to go about achieving its goals. A business plan lays out a written roadmap for the firm from marketing, financial, and operational standpoints.
