BUT, there's a trick: a liquid bandage.
It's an antiseptic treatment that covers cuts, wounds, and dry or cracked skin. IMPORTANT: A liquid bandage should not be used on a daily basis for covering up acne. Talk a dermatologist if your acne is persistent or if you have a reaction to the product.Directions

- To remove, apply more New-Skin® Liquid Spray Bandage and quickly wipe off.
Apply acetone or nail polish remover to a cotton ball or pad. Acetone, the most common type of nail polish remover, will help soften and lift the liquid bandage from your skin. However, it can irritate some people's skin, so try the softening method first if you have sensitive skin.

It should be okay, but it's best to avoid using products near your privates because it's a sensitive area and if you are worried it may be infected you could need antibiotics/ fungals to treat it so an antiseptic like germoline could well prove useless. Best to get some proper advice from a pharmacist or doctor.
Who is this Germolene cream suitable for? This cream is suitable to be used by adults and children, including the elderly. It should not be used by anyone who is allergic to the ingredients contained in the cream. Do not use on the inside of the ears if there is a hole or tear in the eardrum.
