Send a Keep note to another app
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Keep app .
- Tap a note you want to send.
- In the bottom right, tap Action .
- Tap Send .
- Pick an option: To copy the note as a Google Doc, tap Copy to Google Docs. Otherwise, tap Send via other apps. Pick an app to copy your note's contents into.
Colornote is a simple, color-coded note taking app that also uses sticky note style homescreen widgets to give you quick access to your note from your home screen. You take your notes on a stylized notepad, and can organize them by color and category so they stand out easily.
Tap menu -> Choose 'Backup'-> Make sure you choose 'Cloud' in the upper bar -> Tap 'Sign up'. Tap ColorNote '≡' button -> Tap the circle with rotating arrows in the upper bar -> Tap 'Sign up'. Go to settings-> Tap 'Online Backup' -> Tap 'Sign up'.
Import Notes from ColorNote on Android to iPhone

You can manually back up your memos from most apps by copying them to your computer. Connect your computer and Android device with the USB cable included with the Android device. Drag the Android device's Notifications panel down, if it does not open automatically. Tap "USB Connected."
