Unfortunately, unlike on the YouTube website, there is no easy way to repeat a video on the YouTube mobile app. However, you can add a video to a playlist and loop the playlist, which will effectively put that video on repeat. Here's how to do it on your iPhone or Android. 1.
(When you are in "Repeat-One" mode, all iTunes considers is a single song as though it were its own playlist: this means that clicking the Next or Previous buttons will not do anything.)
Each user is counted only once towards the view count. Watching a video on repeat will not help to increase viewership and might actually lead to a ban on the channel.
Repeat views are legitimate in some cases — typically music videos and tutorials — but they often take place in a single session. If the user is reloading the page each time they view the embedded video, they're probably trying to game the system, and their repeat views won't count.
