After the cutscene i was able to use my guns and decided, that Sabal is not in any way better than pagan min, so i went to the mounted mg and killed sabal and his guards. Sabal is doing this pilgrimage to the Goddess Kyra at a mountain camp north of Utkarsh. You will find him next to a tent doing this religious stuff.

Actually, Mohan Ghale is Ajay's biological father, while Pagan Min is the father of Ajay's half-sister, Lakshmana. However, Min and Ishwari fell in love, and eventually bore a daughter named Lakshmana, making her Ajay's half-sister as stated.
Looking for sanctuary, Pagan sought refuge in a small failed state in the midst of a civil war. This country was Kyrat, and Pagan believed he could become the country's savior. In 1987, as an arrogant 21-year-old, Pagan entered Kyrat and began a bloody siege that ended only after Pagan was firmly seated on the throne.
Ajay Ghale was born in mid April/May 1988 in Kyrat to Ishwariand Mohan Ghale, the founders of the rebellious organization. The Golden Path. He only weighed 5.5 pounds and was 17 inches tall.
Pagan is introduced to the player when Ajay, son of Mohan and Ishwari, returns to Kyrat to return his mother's ashes to Lakshmana. Pagan Min learned of Ajay's passage via the border with India and gave orders for Ajay's bus to be intercepted.
Afterward, Ajay wakes up in his bed at the Ghale Homestead. The current leader of the Golden Path is there with him and tells him he passed out in the mountains and was near death when found. Ajay recovers and completes his mission of freeing Southern Kyrat.

If the player decides not to shoot Amita, she picks up her folder and walks away in anger, telling Ajay that while he is saving her life, he is killing Kyrat.
It's implied that Amita killed Bhadra. Presumably she despawns after the cutscene. They probably don't want to let you kill kids, but don't want to break immersion by locking your trigger.
On the last mission, it is later revealed that these lieutenants were actually CIA informants and that Willis tricked Ajay into cleaning up evidence of the CIA's involvement in Kyrat because he believed that Pagan Min is no longer considered a threat to the US government.
Choose either Amita or Sabal and you're still pretty much playing the same missions either way. I chose Amita the first time through, because Sabal seemed patronizing and misogynistic. I chose Sabal the second time through, so that I could see the other side of the story. The third time, I alternated choices.
Sabal is the leader of the Golden Path
Sabal demands that you kill Amita. After a short exchange of fire, you can decide Amita's fate - either kill her or let her go. In both cases, your choice will have no effect on the future events and you will never see Amita again, anyways.Ajay, in order to achieve the American dream, joined the US Army in 2006 and served with the 82nd Airborne Division. Two years later he successfully joins the US Special Forces (Green Berets). He qualified as an 18B Weapons Sergeant. He served two tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan.
So, in a nutshell: You let Min live, you support Amita and let Sabal live and in the end, you kill Amita. This according to me is the best In Game Ending in Far Cry 4. The best ending as I said was the easter egg ending for me.
I chose Sabal, since he seemed to value human lives more than Amita. Stuck with him after that mostly because I felt I had already made my choice. The choices just tweak a few missions and give you a hidden cutscene at the end of the game. Also, it really doesn't matter who you pick because they're both total dicks.
Yuma is the only villain in the game who harbours an actual dislike for Ajay, as Paul considers him to be his friend, Pagan considers him to be his son and Noore works with him in the game. Yuma is the only antagonist that dies no matter what in Far Cry 4.
Though two endings will present themselves in the story naturally, there is one secret Far Cry 5 ending that is easily missed from near the start of the game. That makes for three endings in total.

At the end of the game, you can choose to kill Pagan, this will trigger the 2nd ending. At the end of the game, you can choose not to kill Pagan, and go with Pagan to scatter your mother's ashes. Pagan will fly away on his helicopter, and you do not shoot the helicopter down.
