The short answer is unfortunately no, not all stains can be removed, and here are three reasons why. The longer a stain is left untreated, the less likely it is to be removed. What you should do is:

Clothing with vinegar and bleachNope. Mixing vinegar with bleach creates toxic chlorine gas. When mixed with water, the gas creates hydrochloric and hypochlorous acids. The gas by itself isn't good for you, and it's even worse for your clothing.
To remove protein-based stains, use a detergent or stain remover with enzymes. Most liquid laundry detergents already contain enzymes. Oxygen color-safe bleaches can be effective on protein-based stains as well.
Grab your bottle of hydrogen peroxide! Just apply a small amount of hydrogen peroxide directly to the stain and watch as the red blood stain disappears.
