A Drop of Joy is a rare drop from Noko. It is suggested to use a Yo-kai with an ability that increases the drop rate of items when attempting to obtain this Yo-kai.
Moximous N can be befriended when the player links all 3 versions of Yo-kai Watch 2 together and plays as Nate. The player must find the item known as the Moxie Mark in Ultra Mystery Way. With this item, Moximous N will show up in the grave behind the player's Grandma's house in Harrisville.

User Info: LadyAxis. Go to the Harrisville Temple. You will meet a Noko just south of there once you have the eight orbs, you get sent to the Noko village where you can get a Five Star Coin from the Pandanoko there. (I think you can get a coin once a day, but I just got my first one today.)
To befriend Starry Noko the player must perform a VIP link with both versions of the game, then collect 5 Golden Balls and use them in the VIP Crank-a-kai. 1: Talk to Sergeant Slug until he gives you a Golden Ball. 2: After buying multiple items from Seaweed Sensei's shop he will give you a Golden Ball.
It's basically a % chance after battle, just like traditional good RPGs. You can increase that chance by targeting them, feeding them the food they want and a few other more technical things (such as equipping someone with motemote soul and using the zero watch to raise their affection mid battle in YW2).
There's two ways: The first is to ride the train for a completely random amount of time until one randomly comes up to you and challenges you to a fight. The other is from one of the high-tier Blasters T dungeons-- I don't remember which one, but I know I saw him in one.
Tunatic can rarely be found in the seaside cave at San Fantastico. He can also be freed from the Crank-a-kai using light blue coins in the Present.

To give Elder Bloom another way to make people happy, Nate has Elder Bloom use his powers on a fireworks display that evening, causing flower-shaped fireworks to appear and scatter flower petals everywhere.
