Sometimes this issue can be caused by one faulty disk. If not, you might have a disc drive read error. Next, clean the disc drive with compressed air and also clean the laser lens. To do this, first spray it with compressed air to remove any large build ups of dust etc.
Repair using Toothpaste
- Clean the disc with a mild soap and warm water.
- Dry the disc with a lint-free cloth.
- Apply the toothpaste on the disk.
- Rub the toothpaste on the disc in a straight motion (not in a circular motion) from the center to the outer edges.
- Let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
Insert a game disc into the Game Disc slot on the front of the console. The Wii console will turn ON automatically. If the console is placed vertically, the disc label will need to face to the right. If the console is placed horizontally, the disc label will need to face upwards.
How do I open up my Wii console?

Unfortunately, Sony put a rubber foot just underneath the eject button. That rubber can absorb heat from the PS4, which causes it to expand. That process can force the foot to wedge itself up into the underside of the PS4 where it will often hit the eject button.
If your PS4 isn't accepting a disc, it may be because a disc is already in it that you have forgotten about, or one was placed in there without your knowledge. If this is the case, eject that disc first. If it doesn't eject, you'll need to use the manual eject screw, shown in a few of the steps below.

Leaving your XBox on for extended periods of time will not break the console itself. But it is not suggested that you leave it on for too long. If you are not able to check on the console while it is running then you run the risk of the console overheating, which can cause damage to the system.
If you can't eject the disc from your Xbox One or Xbox Series X console, try the following. Press and hold the Xbox button ? in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console. If this doesn't work, try to eject the disc using your controller.
How to Open a Disc Tray

Go back to the Homebrew Channel, insert a DVD movie of your choosing into your Wii and start the MPlayer app. To play the movie, select “DVD-Video” from the MPlayer menu, and then “Play DVD” (or “Play Title #1”).
Press and hold the eject button on the Wii console for five seconds. If the disc still does not eject, proceed to the next step. Unplug the power chord from the Wii console. Wait one to two minutes and then plug the power chord back in and repeat steps one and two.
