Ambrosia is a single serving food dish that can bring a ghost back to life or reset the age of a living Sim. The dish can be worth upwards of 2500 Simoleons, and lasts 10 hours outside the fridge without spoiling. Other than Ambrosia, the only other way to resurrect your Sims is to use the Book of Life.
To get a Ghost to eat Ambrosia, work on befriending them each time they visit then invite them to rejoin your Household. At that point, you have control and can bring the Sim back to life by ordering them to eat the Ambrosia.
Ambrosia is a unique and powerful single-serving meal, which can be prepared in The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. Ambrosia is able to reverse aging in living Sims, and is able to bring ghost Sims back to life.
