- Assign the AddressList Management role. Login with your administrator account to the Office 365 portal. Go to Exchange Admin center, Permissions and admin roles.

Edit or delete an Outlook.com group
- In the left pane, under Groups, select the group you want to edit.
- At the top of the message list, select. > Settings.
- Select Edit group.
- Make any changes you want and select Save.
Double-click one of the contacts in the group you want to edit. Enter the new information into the appropriate field and then click "Save & Close." That contact will be transferred to a new group. Select all of the contacts in the old group and then drag them into the group that was just created.
EDIT A CONTACT GROUP
- Log in to the online version of Office 365 and open your email.
- Select the People Icon under your folders in the left pane.
- In the main pane, scroll all the way down until you see All Contacts.
- Find and select the distribution list you would like to edit.
- Select Edit at the top of your screen.
Click the People/Contacts icon. Click Contacts and right-click and select Properties. Switch to Outlook Address Book tab. Now, check if Show this folder as an email Address Book is marked, if not then checkmark it.
Click E-Mail Options, and then click Advanced E-Mail Options. Under When sending a message, click to select the Allow comma as address separator check box. Once this is turned on Outlook will recognize all the different addresses in the list, though it takes a few seconds to process them after it opens the new message.
However, the Contacts feature is usually a list of external contacts, while the Address Book contains information for people who work in your company. This is a common setup in the business world because the Address Books are stored on an Exchange Server and can be shared with everyone in the company.
Make sure that the Contacts folder is marked as an Outlook Address Book. To do so right click the Contacts folder and choose Properties-> tab Outlook Address Book-> select option Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book. You should now be able to select Contacts by using the Address Book.

- Select Export to a file then click Next.
- Select Comma Separated Values (Windows) then click Next.
- In the folder list, select the Contacts folder then click Next.
- Browse to the target folder to save .
How to Repair Contacts in Outlook
