To uninstall Teams, quit Teams by right-clicking the Teams app in the dock, then holding down Option and clicking Force Quit. Open the Application Folder, select Microsoft Teams, and move it to the Trash.

- Shut down your virtual machine and quit Parallels Desktop.
- Open your Applications folder and drag the Parallels Desktop icon into the Trash.
- Empty the Trash.
- Reboot your Mac.
Uninstalling the Zoom client for macOSOpen the Zoom desktop application. Select zoom.us at the top of your screen and select Uninstall Zoom. Select OK to confirm uninstalling the Zoom desktop application and all of its components.
If an app isn't in a folder or doesn't have an Uninstaller, drag the app from the Applications folder to the Trash (at the end of the Dock). WARNING: The app is permanently removed from your Mac the next time you or the Finder empties the Trash.

- Click on the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window.
- Click Applications in the sidebar.
- Scroll through the list until you find the app you want to remove.

The current release of Xcode is available as a free download from the Mac App Store. The Mac App Store will notify you when an update is available or you can have macOS update automatically as it becomes available. To download Xcode, simply sign in with your Apple ID. Apple Developer Program membership is not required.
Xcode is a suite for Apple's developer available on both iOS and Mac OS X, it is necessary if you intend to write apps for either of the operating systems. If you don't need Xcode or its accompanying utilities, it's a good idea to uninstall it.
Start Xcode on the Mac. Choose Preferences from the Xcode menu. In the General window, click the Locations tab. On the Location window, check that the Command Line Tools option shows the Xcode version (with which the Command Line Tools were installed).

Go to the Applications folder and find the Xcode App, right-click on it and move it to Trash/Bin. Empty the Trash/Bin. For newer versions of Xcode, this step should be sufficient. You can go ahead and re-install Xcode from the App Store.
Xcode is Apple's IDE, made for producing software on Mac for use on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS. Free to download and use, the IDE is chiefly used by developers to create iPhone and iPad apps, as well as programs for the Mac.
Installing Xcode on LionIt should automatically launch the "App Store" app on your Mac and take you the Xcode page. Click on the "Free" button, then click on "Install App." Once the installation is complete, go to your Applications folder and double-click on Xcode, then install any required components if asked to.
Basic checks. Xcode is a large app and when you install it from the Mac App Store, it tends to download a little slowly. To that end, do not use any other source other than the Mac App Store to download Xcode. Additionally, it may be worth cancelling the installation, and deleting it.
