How to turn on Android 10 gesture navigation
- Go into Settings, scroll down and tap on System.
- Tap on Gestures.
- Tap System navigation.
- Choose Fully gestural navigation. After a brief pause, the navigation will change at the bottom of the screen.
- Swipe up in the center of the bottom of the screen to go to the home screen.
Actually you can enable swipe up to google search back. You just need to clear default of the mi browser in setting > installed apps > browser > clear default. You may notice that the browser doesn't have any default. Just tap on it and the swipe up gesture will open google search again.

Users can find the app drawer by installing the latest MIUI Launcher for their MIUI 11 device. Follow these simple steps:

For those who have received the latest MIUI 11 with the dedicated app drawer, you just need to head to Settings - Home screen - enable the “With app drawer”. Then you can swipe up on the home screen to access the app drawer.

Yes this is from es explorer, if u want to disable it go to es explorer menu (left menu) tap on ES Swipe and turn it off. That's it.
