You can proactively moderate comments and posts by visitors by blocking words and turning on the profanity filter for your Page. You can ban people from your Page. You can turn off reviews for your Page.
If you can't comment on posts on a Facebook Page and you have the moderator role, it may be due to a setting in Business Manager. If an admin turns Pages and Notifications OFF: The Business Manager won't let people in the business create posts, boost posts or see notifications from the Page.
Unfortunately, the functionality to disable comments on your posts is not currently available. Anyone included in the privacy setting of your post will be able to view, like, and comment on your post. We'll keep your suggestion in mind as we continue to improve Facebook.
