How to delete a Netflix profile on your TV
- Start Netflix.
- Using the remote control, navigate to the left and select "Switch Profiles."
- Navigate to the profile you want to delete, and then select the pencil icon below the profile.
- Select "delete Profile" and then confirm your choice.
Delete a Netflix Profile on a Smart TV or Streaming DeviceOn the Manage Profiles screen, go to the profile you want to delete. Navigate to the pencil icon just below it. Select the pencil icon to edit the profile. Select the Delete Profile option found at the bottom of these settings.
How to Change Netflix Profile on Samsung Smart TV
- Note: Ensure that the Netflix account that you have used on the Samsung Smart TV has two or more profiles.

Samsung has announced that Netflix will no longer be supported on some of its older smart TVs. "For consumers with these models, there are still many other devices supported by Netflix that can be connected to a Smart TV in order to access the app."
Factory reset the TV
- Open Settings, and then select General.
- Select Reset, enter your PIN (0000 is the default), and then select Reset.
- To complete the reset, select OK. Your TV will restart automatically.
- If these steps don't match your TV, navigate to Settings, select Support, and then select Self Diagnosis.

Stream Netflix via Chromecast
- Connect your Chromecast to the TV and to the Wi-Fi network.

Restart your smart TV

How to Delete App Cache on your Samsung Smart TV
- On your Samsung smart TV's remote control, Tap on the Home button.

- Select the app you want to clear its cache and tap on “Clear cache”.

How to remove a device from Netflix

- Press O on your controller.
- Select the gear icon.
- Select Sign Out.
- Select Yes.
At the top of that menu is your user profile (as opposed to account). If you'd like to swap between different user profiles, there is a “switch user” button just below your profile picture. If you want to completely sign out of your account, go the bottom of that sidebar menu and you'll see a “sign out” option.
