How to delete a Netflix profile on your TV
- Start Netflix.
- Using the remote control, navigate to the left and select "Switch Profiles."
- Navigate to the profile you want to delete, and then select the pencil icon below the profile.
- Select "delete Profile" and then confirm your choice.
Delete a Netflix Profile on a Smart TV or Streaming DeviceOn the Manage Profiles screen, go to the profile you want to delete. Navigate to the pencil icon just below it. Select the pencil icon to edit the profile. Select the Delete Profile option found at the bottom of these settings.
How to Change Netflix Profile on Samsung Smart TV

Factory reset the TV
- Open Settings, and then select General.
- Select Reset, enter your PIN (0000 is the default), and then select Reset.
- To complete the reset, select OK. Your TV will restart automatically.

How to Delete App Cache on your Samsung Smart TV

How to remove a device from Netflix

Open Netflix in your browser and sign in. Click the profile dropdown at the top right and select 'Account' from the menu. On the Account screen, scroll down to the Settings section and you will see an option 'Sign out of all devices'.
PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro
- Launch the Netflix app.
- Press O on your controller.
- Select the gear icon.
- Select Sign Out.
- Select Yes.
At the top of that menu is your user profile (as opposed to account). If you'd like to swap between different user profiles, there is a “switch user” button just below your profile picture. If you want to completely sign out of your account, go the bottom of that sidebar menu and you'll see a “sign out” option.
