The integration is pretty straightforward, allowing you to use an iCalendar feed to import your Planner tasks to Outlook calendar. To get started, you can choose the "Add plan to Outlook calendar" option from the ellipses menu at the top of your plan.
On the VIEW tab, click Daily Task List and Normal. And this section at the bottom of the calendar opens, where we can insert daily tasks. As with appointments and meetings, a task doesn't have to be a task; it can be any kind of reminder, or to-do item connected to a time.
One of Microsoft To Do's features is an integration with Outlook Tasks. To view your To Do tasks on your Outlook Desktop client or on Outlook.com, use the same Microsoft account to sign in to both Microsoft To Do and Outlook.

Google Tasks allows multiple listsBoth the apps allow grouping of tasks into lists but they have different approaches. With Google Keep, you can segregate tasks with labels. However, these labels only appear when you open the full web version. This makes it almost a bare-bone app inside G-mail.
Yes they are. In fact they are so private that you can't even share them with someone else, which is a major failing in my opinion and one of the reasons I still keep using Google Keep.
This is why Google Calendar has a built in to do list: Google Tasks. You can find it in Google Calendar right now, though it is a little hidden in the right panel. Click this button and a sidebar will open, allowing you to add tasks in Google Calendar while you're planning your day.
On its own, none of what Google Tasks offers is that remarkable. Instead, what makes the app worthwhile is its integration with the other Google services you use, like Gmail and Calendar. The app is available as a free download on iOS and Android.

In the list of calendars on the left side of the screen, hover your cursor over the desired calendar > Click the "Options" icon (3 stacked dots).
