SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced that it now offers free, 3-Domain Secure technology* – known in the payments industry as 3-D Secure – to protect online purchases by its WellsOne ® Commercial Card customers.
Open the Wells Fargo Mobile® app, go to the menu icon, select Account Services, then Card-Free ATM Access, and tap the Request Code button. You will receive a code that you can use at any Wells Fargo ATM.
Note: To obtain a one-time access code, log in to the Wells Fargo mobile app, tap the menu in the upper right corner, then “Account Services” and “Card Free ATM Access.” Select “Get Code” and the app will send you one that will be active for 30 minutes.
Please call Wells Fargo immediately at 1-800-869-3557 for personal debit or prepaid cards or 1-800-225-5935 for business debit cards and mention that you are a digital wallet customer. We will close your card so that no more purchases can be made.
Note: To reach the on/off capability, Wells Fargo online banking customers can go to Account Summary and click on the account associated with their debit card. Click “Turn Card On or Off” and use the cursor to turn a card off or on.
Verified by Visa is a free, online security service for your WellsOne® Commercial Card. This service helps ensure that only you can make internet purchases with your Wells Fargo commercial card by requiring you to enter a password when shopping at participating online merchants.
The RSA SecurID device provides an extra layer of security for Wells Fargo customers using our advanced online payments services, including Direct Pay 1. The device, which can be carried on a keychain, generates a random 6-digit Personal Access Code that is used to sign on to these services.

Wells Fargo's online banking and mobile app went down on Friday, preventing some customers from paying bills or accessing their accounts for hours on what is payday for many people. Some customers also had problems accessing the bank's website, which was working sporadically.

Banking at your convenience
Wells Fargo Mobile gives you options for 24/7 banking anywhere you have internet access: Use the Wells Fargo Mobile app. Access wellsfargo.com through your mobile browser.Sign on to the Wells Fargo Mobile app, and select the menu icon. Under Account Settings, select FastLook. Choose up to five accounts you want balance information on.
Enter your 8-digit code and your debit or ATM card Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Add your Wells Fargo Debit or Wells Fargo EasyPay Card to your preferred digital wallet.
- Access your digital wallet with a PIN, fingerprint, or face scan.
- Hold your phone near the Wells Fargo ATM, and enter your card PIN.
Sign On with Android Fingerprint allows you to use your eligible Android device's fingerprint feature to sign on to the Wells Fargo Mobile app with your fingerprint instead of entering your username and password.
To open a bank account online, be prepared to provide personal information so the bank can verify your identity. You may also need to make an initial deposit or arrange for electronic deposits to your new account.

Hard reboot your device. The Touch ID problem could be temporary and solved with a good reboot. Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and disable all of the options you see (the ones in the red box in the image below). Then, restart your iPhone or your iPad and re-enable the features you want turned on.

If you're using a case or screen protector, make sure it doesn't cover the Home button or the surrounding ring. Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and make sure that iPhone Unlock or iTunes & App Store is on, and that you've enrolled one or more fingerprints. Try enrolling a different finger.
Set up Fingerprint Unlock

Set up Touch ID
Tap Settings > Touch ID & Passcode, then enter your passcode. Tap Add a Fingerprint and hold your device as you normally would when touching the Home button.
