Say hello to one of the world's leading apps for health and fitness. Use the Fitbit app on it's own to join our community, track basic stats and stay motivated on your journey. Or, get a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch to see how your activity, workouts, sleep, nutrition and stress all fit together.
Here's how long it takes a Fitbit to charge, and how long its charge should last. Most Fitbits will be fully charged within two hours when connected to a standard USB outlet, though some may fully charge in an hour or less.
The Fitbit doesn't come with one, but you can plug the included charging cable into any USB wall charger, like the one your phone or tablet uses. This may charge your Fitbit much faster and more efficiently than plugging it into a laptop or desktop computer.
Reboot both your Android device and Fitbit Versa. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled in your smartphone and that the devices are properly paired and connected. Make sure the Fitbit app is installed and updated. Verify if Always Connected settings in your Fitbit Versa is enabled.
How to pair your Fitbit to your iPhone or iPad
- Tap the account button in the upper-right corner of the Fitbit app.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Select the Fitbit you want to pair from the available list.
- Plug your Fitbit into its charger.
- Tap Next.
Step 1: Open the Fitbit app on your phone and tap on the little profile icon at the top-left corner. Next, tap on the card that says Versa 2 and click on Notifications. Step 2: Next, tap on App Notifications and choose your default message app from the list.
Restart your watch by pressing and holding the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo. Go back to the Fitbit app and try again to add a Wi-Fi network. If you see other networks appear in the list of available networks, but not your preferred network, move your watch closer to your router.
After almost a month wearing the Versa 2, we can safely say this is Fitbit's best watch yet. Compared to the Apple Watch, on the Versa 2 you get the advantage of built-in sleep tracking that's pretty good, plus compatibility across Android and iOS. But it does lack GPS.
What you can do about Bluetooth pairing failures

- Turn on discoverable mode.

- Remove old Bluetooth connections.
What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
- For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
- Let go of the buttons.
To verify your Fitbit device is syncing with the Fitbit app correctly, simply open the Fitbit app and confirm you see your current steps. If you don't see your current steps then your device isn't syncing correctly with the app.
