In the left corner of the unlock interface there should be "Forgotten the password". Click it. Now input your Google Account password and the ALCATEL Pop 4 should be unlocked.
Here are some of those combinations.

Press and hold the Volume up and Power keys at the same. When the Alcatel startup screen appears, release the Power key. When the Android system recovery screen appears, release the Volume up key. Use the Volume up/down key to select 'Wipe data/factory reset'.
Press and hold the power button and volume UP button (some phones use power button volume Down button) at the same time; Afterwards, release the buttons after an Android icon appears on the screen; Use the volume buttons to choose "wipe data/factory reset" and press the power button to confirm.
Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power keys. When the Alcatel logo displays, release both keys. Use the Volume Up/Down keys to navigate to wipe data/factory reset.
Plug the charger to the AC outlet. Make sure the outlet you're using is working. Using the original cable, connect the phone to the charger. Now, press and hold the volume down button and the power key at the same time for 10 seconds or more but this time while the device is connected to its charger.
Hold volume down + power for about 5 seconds, this restarted the phone. Release buttons when the Alcatel logo appears. It's working great now!
To find this feature, first enter an incorrect pattern or PIN five times at the lock screen. You'll see a “Forgot pattern,” “forgot PIN,” or “forgot password” button appear. Tap it. You'll be prompted to enter the username and password of the Google account associated with your Android device.
Method 3: Unlock password lock by using Backup PIN
- Go to Android pattern lock.
- After trying several times, you will get message to try after 30 seconds.
- There you will see the option “Backup PIN”, click on it.
- Here enter backup PIN and the OK.
- At last, entering the backup PIN can unlock your device.
Procedure
- Open Settings.
- Tap Security (on Alcatel and Samsung phones, tap Lock Screen)
- Tap Screen Lock. Note: If prompted, enter your current password, PIN, or pattern.
- Choose your screen lock preference: none, swipe, password, PIN, or pattern.
- Tap Done.

Press the Power button and the Volume Up button at the same time. You need to hold these two buttons for about 20 seconds until the Android Recovery screen goes black. This means that the device is powered off.
Disconnect the battery for at least 10 secs, then replace the upper right volume control plastic, and reassemble the two parts, pressing them together. Then hold the power button for 60 sec. The phone will appear to loose its mind often.
