How to Find and Install Apps on Your Samsung TV
- Get to know the home screen. The home screen is your central location for apps, menus and more.
- Find apps to download. To find new apps, navigate to the left, to the apps icon.
- Select an app.
- Install the app.
- Sign in.
- Open the app.
- Move apps around.
To reset the Smart Hub follow the steps below.
- 1 If the Smart Hub is open exit the Smart Hub.
- 2 Press the MENU key on your Smart Control.
- 3 Navigate to and select the Smart Hub section of the main menu.
- 4 Navigate to and select Smart Hub Reset.
- 5 Enter your PIN (it's 0000 by default).

Set Your Samsung Smart TV to Update Automatically
- Make sure your TV is connected to the internet.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Support.
- Select Software Update.
- Select Auto Update.
- Go to your screen.
- Click on the Smart Hub Button on your remote.
- Then select the app icon.
- Go to Navigate to my app.
- Click on the app which you want to delete then hold the center of the navigation pad until the app menu appears.
- Then click on the delete button.
Select the cog at the top right of your television for Options, find and select Netflix, then select Delete. To reinstall Netflix, navigate back to the Smart Hub and select the magnifying glass. Search for Netflix and reinstall the app once found.
Install apps on your Samsung Smart TV.
- Press the Smart Hub button from your remote.
- Select Apps.
- Search for the app you want to install by selecting Magnifying glass icon.
- Type the Name of the application you want to install.
- Select Download.
- Once the download completes, select Open to use your new app.
The Smart Hub menu (accessible via the Smart Hub button on the remote) consists of a full screen, which displays your currently viewed TV channel in a small box, while the rest your TV settings and content selection options — including Samsung Apps — are displayed on the remaining portion of the screen.
How to Update Apps on Samsung Smart TV
- Press the Smart Hub/Home button your Samsung TV remote.
- In the Smart Hub Home Menu, select Apps.
- Select My Apps.
- Select Options and make sure Auto Update is set to On.
- If you're using the manual option, when you select an individual app you'll be notified if an update is available.
Additionally, you can try restarting your television, especially if you're noticing your TV freezes when trying to launch the application. To do this, unplug your TV for at least a minute and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds. Plug your TV back in and open Netflix.

reinstall Netflix at any time.

- Open the Play Store app.
- Search for Netflix.
- Once in the Netflix app store page, select Uninstall. Deleting the Netflix app will also delete any titles you have downloaded to the device.
- Confirm by selecting OK.

- 3 Select HbbTV Settings.
- 4 Select Delete Browsing Data and follow the prompts to clear any saved data on your television.
How to Install and Activate Smart Hub in Samsung Smart TVs?
- INSTALLING THE SMART HUB. a). Press the Smart Hub button from your remote. The TV will display Downloading.
- UPDATING THE SMART HUB. d). Now an Update message will appear on your screen, Press OK. Smart Hub will display a series of messages for the recommended and bonus Apps.
