How to uninstall Creative Cloud apps
- Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Click the Creative Cloud icon in your Windows taskbar or macOS menu bar).
- Click the Apps tab to display a list of installed apps.
- Click the More options icon for the app you want to uninstall.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
Run the uninstaller
- Close all applications.
- Choose Start > Control Panel or Start > Settings > Control Panel.
- Do one of the following:
- In the list of installed programs, select Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, and then click Uninstall or Remove.
- Click next.
Click on the "Applications" folder from the Dock on your Mac, or click the "Finder" icon and then double-click on the "Applications" icon. Double-click "Utilities" from the Applications folder. Double-click "Uninstall Adobe Photoshop."
Go to Control Panel then Programs and Features. Find the Adobe CC applications installed, select each one, and choose Uninstall. Once the Uninstall completes, Adobe CC Apps should be fully removed, and you can follow this link to install the latest Adobe CC software on a Windows PC.
If any of the software fails to uninstall, go to Control Panel and remove it from there. Once all Adobe apps are removed, uninstall Adobe CC desktop software from the Control Panel. If Adobe CC desktop software does not uninstall, download and run Adobe CC uninstaller software.
If you no longer want an app, uninstall it using the Creative Cloud desktop app and not the Trash or Recycle bin.

In the Order history screen, click the order number in the ORDER# column. In the Order number screen, click Downloads and serial numbers. Find your serial number in the list.
