For RHB Now users, you may follow the steps below.
- Logon to RHB Now website at rhb.com.my.
- Select 'My Accounts' from the sidebar menu.
- Select 'View e-Statement' from the dropdown list.
- Select your desired account.
Otherwise, kindly call our Customer Call Centre at 03-9206 8118 or visit our nearest branch for registration. When shopping online, enter your card's particulars on the merchant's website. You will be automatically redirected to RHB's authentication page. A OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone number.
- Logon to RHB Now Internet Banking.
- Go to BillPay.
- Manage Favourite.
- Click on Add Favourite.
- Select biller from the list.
- Fill up the fields.
- Enter OTP after clicking on 'Preview'
You may purchase prepaid reload using RHB Now Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
- Logon to RHB Now Internet Banking.
- Go to Prepaid Services tab.
- Go to Manage Favourite.
- Click on Add Favourite.
- Select reload service from the list.
- Fill up the fields.
- Click 'Preview'
- Enter OTP.
The fund transfer daily limit is a combined limit with RHB Now Internet Banking. However you may change the limit via RHB Now Internet Banking at Profile>Change Daily Transaction Limit>Other RHB Account Transfer/Other Bank Account Transfer.
- Login as Data Entry and under “Liquidity Management” select “Fixed Deposit”.
- Click “Fixed Deposit Upliftment”.
- Select “Company Name” from the drop down menu.
- Click .
- Select “Account”.
- Select the “Crediting Account” for Payout (Principal) by clicking .
- Select the “Crediting Account” for Payout (Interest) by clicking .
A colour QR code will appear on your RHB Now Internet Banking screen. Launch the RHB Now Mobile Banking App main menu and tap on Secure Plus Icon > Secure Plus Activation on your mobile phone. Place and hold mobile phone to scan the QR code using front camera. Upon successful scanning, create RHB Now Secure Plus PIN.
To reactivate your dormant account, visit your home branch and provide a written request for reactivation of your account. Your bank may ask you for fresh KYC documentation and hence, carry along with you an identity proof, address proof and recent photograph.
How to issue payments with RHB
- Go to Purchases.
- Select VIEW on the bill you'd like to process payments for.
- Finally, select PAY VIA RHB Reflex found on the bottom of the Bill you'd like to make a payment for.
- Lastly, confirm the transaction type as well as the banking details before hitting Pay.
You may check your Hire Purchase account balance at the 'What I owe' in the Account Summary page. Please note that the Hire Purchase account balance is available for viewing from 6.01am to 10.59pm.
Launch the RHB Now Mobile Banking App and tap on Secure Plus feature on the main menu. Tap on 'Secure Plus Activation' to proceed with scanning. No login is required. Authorize the App to access your camera if required.

2.Settings in the RHB Bank portal
- Corporate ID: Six digits, provided by the Bank.
- Payment/Transaction Type: Choose Rentas or IBG.
- User is also required to have the Bulk Pay Module, provided by RHB Bank > Reflex Support.
- Your Token LCD will display “LOCK PIN FAIL 3” after 3 invalid PIN entry attempts.
- Press the button on your Token to get the 7-Digit Lock PIN Number.
- Contact our Customer Care Centre for an Unlock Code to unlock your Token.
- Press and hold the on your Token to turn on the Token.
- Press the button again.
- Login to RHB Now Mobile Banking App and go to My Favs.
- Click on '+Add Favs' for the list of registered favourite accounts.
- Select desired favourite account(s) and click on [+Add Favs] again. Thereafter, you may proceed with your transactions under My Favs.
- Login as User and under the “Reports” tab; select “Transaction History”.
- Select the Account Number by clicking .
- Select the Date (From and To).
- Click to proceed to next steps.
- Go to 'Profile' tab.
- Click on 'Personal Details' link.
- Display Name, Email ID and mobile number registered in INB will be displayed.
- Click on the hyper link 'Change Mobile Number-Domestic only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)'.
Via SBI ATM
- Visit your nearby SBI ATM and swipe your card.
- Select the 'Registration' option from the menu.
- Enter your ATM PIN and select 'Update your mobile number'
- Enter your old mobile number and confirm it. Now, enter the new mobile number and confirm it.
- OTPs will be sent on both, the old and new mobile numbers.
Secret Word is a mutual authentication used by RHB to verify that the login page is from a genuine RHB site. Your Secret Word will appear on your Internet or Mobile Banking whenever you login. Always check that the Secret Word is the same as the one you have registered before you key-in your password.
Step by Step Process:-
- Go to 'Profile' tab.
- Click on 'Personal Details' link.
- Enter profile password.
- Display Name, Email ID and mobile number registered in INB will be displayed.
- Click on the hyper link 'Change Mobile Number-Domestic only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)'.
Call our 24-hour Customer Care >> Authenticate your Credit Card and ATM PIN>> Select "1" for Self Banking>> Select "4" to generate IVR OTP. For every IVR transaction, you need to generate a new IOTP. IOTP will be sent to your registered mobile number/ e-mail ID registered with us.
You can update your mobile number at RHB Now Internet Banking at Profile page and go to Profile > Edit Mobile Number or you may also visit our nearest RHB Branch.
Kindly visit any of our Public Bank branches to register your mobile phone number. *Take Note: Should there be a change in your mobile phone number, kindly update your registered mobile phone number at any Public Bank Branch.
Updating of your mobile phone number via BSN Automated Teller Machine (ATM) will no longer be made available. If you have changed to a new mobile phone number, kindly visit any of our branches to update. For more information, please call BSN Contact Centre at 1300 88 1900.

RHB BankTo activate your RHB debit card, you can do via any RHB branch, ATMs around the nation or even by giving the RHB Customer Care Centre a call at 03-92068118 for help. Their FAQs state that the charge for an overseas withdrawal is RM12. 72, so use it wisely!
