Gmail – Google will let you create an account, and skip the part about entering a phone number, although you must provide birthday and gender.

How do I recover my Outlook email password
- Navigate to the Reset your password page.

How to find your Microsoft account
- Look up your username using your security contact phone number or email address.

Change your Microsoft account password

What is a Microsoft account? A Microsoft account is an email address and password that you use with Outlook.com, Hotmail, Office, OneDrive, Skype, Xbox, and Windows. My phone was lost or stolen
- Sign in to your account with your username and password.

If you have someone's phone number but not their email address, you can use search engines and social media sites to try to find the corresponding email address. You can also send an email to a cellphone number, where it will be received as a text message, depending on the phone carrier the person is using.

If you don't know what alternate information you have:
- Go to facebook.com/login/identify and follow the instructions.
- Make sure to use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log into your Facebook account.

You can
change your
password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.
Change your password
- Open your Google Account. You might need to sign in.
- Under "Security," select Signing in to Google.
- Choose Password. You might need to sign in again.
- Enter your new password, then select Change Password.
Head to the Gmail sign-in page and click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the last password you remember. If you can't remember one, click “Try a different question.” Enter the secondary email address you used when you set up your Gmail account to get a password reset email.
Unfortunately, it's not easy to see which accounts are linked to your phone number. There is no database that tracks how your phone number is used, and your phone service provider doesn't have this information either. The only way to check is to use the “account recovery” process for websites, platforms, and apps.
