Record audio
- Select Insert > Audio.
- Select Record Audio.
- Type in a name for your audio file, select Record, and then speak.
- To review your recording, select Stop and then select Play.
- Select Record to re-record your clip, or select OK if you're satisfied.
How to record your screen in Windows. It's well hidden, but Windows 10 has its own built-in screen recorder, intended for recording games. To find it, open the pre-installed Xbox app (type Xbox into the search box to find it) then tap [Windows]+[G] on your keyboard and click 'Yes, this is a game'.
Here's how you go about it:
- Click on the File tab to show file options.
- Scroll down and select Export and navigate to Create a Video.
- Select your video settings preference (video quality, timings and narration, video size).
- Click on Create a Video.
- Choose a filename, saving location and video type (.mp4 or .wmv).
To record your microphone, go to Task settings > Capture > Screen recorder > Screen recording options > Audio source. Select “Microphone” as a new audio source. For screen capture with audio, click the “Install recorder” box on the left side of the screen.

- Locate or download a recorder app on your phone and click to open.
- Press the Record button to begin recording.
- Press the Stop button to end recording.
- Tap your recording to share.
Once you're in the Shadow options, you can configure a variety of shadow settings: color, transparency, size, blur, angle, and distance.
How to Convert your Prezi into a PPT
- Create your Prezi. Simply visit Prezi.com and register a free account to begin creating your Prezi.
- Download your Prezi as a PDF.
- Convert your PDF to JPG's.
- Create a presentation with JPG's.
- Upload your PPT to Slideshare.
Fortunately this problem has an easy fix. Don't add the video inside a frame that is made only for the video – just right-click on the video and choose “Add to path” instead. Now the video will automatically start playing once you reach that slide.
At least there's privacy for the first 30 days, so a company could test Prezi under a real-world scenario. Beyond that, to make presentations private, the Prezi Enjoy license costs $59 per year with 500 MB of storage. For $159, Prezi Pro offers 2000 MB with the option to work offline.

Update: 04/01/2019: Prezi no longer supports audio on their free product. To add audio in a Prezi you'll need to upgrade to a paid version like Prezi Plus or Prezi Next. Check out this blog for alternative free presentation products which allow you to add audio. Add background music to your entire Prezi.
Open the PowerPoint presentation in which you would like to record a voiceover narration. Head over to the “Slide Show” tab and, in the “Set Up” group, select “Record Slide Show.” Once selected, a drop-down menu will appear. Here, you can choose to start the narration from the beginning or from the current slide.
Go to the Prezi you want to add music to, and click Insert; Add Background Music. A pop up will appear, from which you can pick the converted Youtube video from. Within a few seconds the music should be uploaded, and will play when the Prezi is viewed.
We can now insert audio in Google Slides–this can be voice, music, narration, sound effects, any type of audio you have access to or want to create. Google has heard our request and we now have a new menu option: Insert > Audio!
As long as you don't mind your presentations being public, you can use Prezi for free. There are also paid account plans, which let you access other features and give you the option to make your presentations private. Go to www.prezi.com in your web browser, then select Get Started. Select a pricing option.
