Android
- Open the file you'd like to print.
- Tap the menu button. It looks like three stacked dots.
- Tap “Print”.
- Tap the drop-down arrow. It's located near the top of your screen.
- Tap the printer you'd like to print from.
- Tap the print button.
When you select one or more sheets and then click File > Print, you'll see a preview of how the data will appear on the printout. Select the worksheet(s) you want to preview. Click File, and then click Print to display the Preview window and printing options. Keyboard shortcut You can also press Ctrl+F2.
Print gridlines in a worksheet
- Select the worksheet or worksheets that you want to print. For more information, see Select one or multiple worksheets.
- On the Page Layout tab, in the Sheet Options group, select the Print check box under Gridlines.
- Click the File tab, and then click Print.

Right-click a sheet tab, and then click Select All Sheets on the shortcut menu. On the Home tab, click Format > under Visibility > Hide & Unhide > Hide Sheet.
Steps to formatting an excel file to print:

Can I use Excel to print several sheets in a single PDF?

Printing collections:
- Go to Your collections.
- Choose a collection.

To print multiple sheets
- Load the appropriate Excel file.
- Use the CTRL or SHIFT keys in conjunction with the mouse to select all appropriate sheet tabs displayed at the bottom of your Excel workbook.
- Save the workbook.
- From the File menu, click Print.
- Make sure the Snapshot printer is selected before clicking OK.
From the Page Layout tab, you can now customize your print layout. After customizing the print layout, click File. Select Print. Under Settings, choose Print Entire Workbook.

How to create a worksheet template

Microsoft Excel - Scale a worksheet to fit a printed page
- Click the Page Layout tab on the ribbon.

How to Print on One Page in Google Sheets (Fit to Page)
