- Text Balance to 789789.
- Call 789 and press option '1' for your remaining allowances.

Most of the VIRGIN MOBILE postpaid bills are paid through SADAD. You can also recharge your Virgin mobile prepaid line through SADAD by selecting Telecom and Internet in the main category and Virgin mobile Prepaid in the service provider. Enter your mobile number and it will be activated in your SADAD account.

Lucky charges a one-time $10 activation fee for every new line of service. If you bring your own phone or tablet, you'll also need a Lucky SIM.

Extra bits and bobsThings that aren't included in your plan could cost you extra. This can be voice calls, texts and data that exceed your monthly allowances. Going over data allowance is one of the most common extra charges. Our Virgin Media Connect app can help with this.
All orders for phones on a monthly plan have to go through a credit check. If you don't want to do the credit check you can choose a Prepaid plan.

Sweet Pay gets Members a new device for as low as $0 down with a 24-month agreement. Members then pay off the retail price of their device plus tax over 24 months with 0% interest (APR). While many devices will not require a down payment, some higher end devices may require one.
You can pay by debit card in Online Service. Choose 'Payments' and then 'Pay by Debit Card'. Once your debit card is registered you can also pay your minimum monthly payment simply by texting 'PAY' and the last four digits of your credit card number to 88300.
For coverage and customer service, Koodo and Virgin Mobile rate slightly ahead of Fido. Both run on a larger and more reliable network than Fido, but only marginally better. If you're planning to offset the cost of a new phone over two years, Koodo has the best deal on new cell phones with their Tab plans.
Virgin Mobile's 18-year run in the US is over. The prepaid arm of Sprint just told its customers that it will be moving their accounts over to Boost Mobile, presumably in preparation for spinning Boost off after Sprint's merger with T-Mobile.
The Virgin Mobile USA service will be discontinued, and we are happy to announce that most of the existing Virgin Mobile customers will be transferred to our sister brand, Boost Mobile beginning in February.
The new SIMs allow Virgin to control much more of the network than is possible with the old EE ones.
