Close range engagements making tracking a lot harder. Get a bigger mouse pad. lower your sens. Swap what heroes you play.
Change mouse sensitivity (DPI) settingsThe mouse LCD will briefly display the new DPI setting. If your mouse doesn't have DPI on-the-fly buttons, start Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, select the mouse you are using, click basic settings, locate Sensitivity, make your changes.
There are 2 main reasons, I've noticed, that cause people to have bad aim (excluding hardware). 1. Low DPI, High Sensitivity; this is mainly people who haven't dabbled in their mouse settings or driver settings. Low DPI means that it takes a longer distance before the mouse registers a movement on-screen.
To improve your aim tracking you will want to improve your arm and wrist movements as well. A lot of amateur gamers use a really high sensitivity and use only their hands and fingers to adjust their aim. However, many of the pros and best aimers use relatively lower sensitivities and use their arm and wrist more.
How to increase your computer's fps

- Reduce your screen resolution.
- Upgrade your graphics card.
The recoil that early is vertical, so crouching works better as recoil control than a mouse. It gets even better when a weapon's horizontal recoil kicks in around shot number seven thanks to the crouch's added accuracy.
Aiming down sight makes you more accurate, but decreases your fire rate. It's optimal for range but, in close when one shot could be all you need, keeping yourself scoped out gives a better field of view and a higher fire rate for when you find more than just a Sage around that corner.
You need a good mouse control to have a good aim. By mouse right click. As you mentioned it says hold in the control settings of valorant, which means holding down the click or key will keep your ads (aim down sight) open and toggle means tapping one time it will open and again tapping will make it close.
We recommend anything between 0.35 and 0.45. It's on the lower side of the scale and might take some time to get used to, but it's not too low that it impairs your movement.
Most pro players have anything between 25-50 cm/360 as their ideal sensitivity. CS:GO pro S1mple has a sensitivity of 33.6 cm/360, while Fortnite player Ninja uses 29.4cm/360. You do not need to measure your mousepad's distance as your muscle memory can easily recall what your “natural” sensitivity feels like.
Top 5 Valorant players in NAOnce Riot introduced the regional leaderboard system, TenZ quickly climbed to the top of the list and has been there ever since. With his exceptional gameplay with Jett, he set himself apart from the others in NA. For his early career in Valorant, he was signed to the roster of Cloud9 Blue.
This game was too hard. Everyone else who played CS:GO had a clear advantage over me, and it was painful. Valorant wasn't just an entirely new game for me, it was a new genre, filled with new mechanics, perspectives, and terminology. It sucked to suck at a good game.
A higher DPI with lower pointer speed may move about the same “speed” on screen as a lower DPI with higher pointer speed, but a higher DPI allows the mouse to better respond to small movements, and increases accuracy.
For accuracy score, anything above 80% is considered to be a good score.
Optical is more accurate than laser. Higher DPI is always better. When I wrote about the best gaming mice, I explained how I tested them and defined some key terms like jitter, acceleration, and CPI (counts per inch, a more accurate descriptor than DPI).
If the mouse pointer begins to move erratically or the mouse itself no longer moves smoothly, the mouse probably only needs to be cleaned. The rollers may have hair or lint wrapped around the axle points, carefully remove any lint with tweezers. Look in the center of the roller to see if there is any built-up residue.
Test Scenarios of Computer Mouse
- Check if the mouse is an optical mouse or not.
- Verify that left-click and right-click buttons are working fine.
- Check if the double click is working fine.
- Verify the time duration between two left clicks, in order to consider it as a double click.
