Do this via the Invite function in GoToMeeting.
- Launch GoToMeeting and log in to the account you used to create the meeting to which you want to invite attendees.
- Click the name of the meeting for which you want to send an invitation.
- Click the "Invite" button to initiate the invitation process.
- Open App store. Open the App Store in your iOS device or Google Play Store on Android.
- Search. Click on the search icon and write Google Meet in the search icon.
- Install. Now, once you have searched the app, click on the install option.
- Sign in with Gmail account.
Install the Outlook plugin
- Click the Download button to start the installation process.
- Open the downloaded file.
- Use your GoToMeeting login credentials when the "GoToMeeting for Outlook" sign-in window launches.
- You can now start and schedule meetings directly from Outlook!
In your Outlook app, click Get Add-Ins in the upper toolbar. If you are running the web version, click the Settings icon and then Manage add-ins. Search for "GoToMeeting" and click Add. If your account is managed by an IT admin, click Admin-managed in the left navigation to search and add.
The training's duration timer appears at the top of the Dashboard pane and displays how long the training has been running since you first started screen sharing.
Add to calendar from the Confirmation page
- Register for the webinar.
- On the "You're Registered!" page, click Add to Calendar > Google Calendar.
- If prompted, sign in to your Gmail account.
- A calendar event will display with all the webinar details. Make any notes or customizations (such as the reminder) and click Save.
How to use Google Meet, free
- Go to meet.google.com (or, open the app on iOS or Android, or start a meeting from Google Calendar).
- Click Start new meeting, or enter your meeting code.
- Choose the Google account you want to use.
- Click Join meeting. You'll have the ability to add others to your meeting, too.

Join.me is a web-based collaboration software application for screen-sharing and online meetings. To share a desktop or host a meeting, users must first download and install join.me software. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS.
Open a Google Chrome browser. Go to gotomeeting.com. Enter the Meeting ID or room name, then click the Arrow button . You will be automatically launched into session!

Participants who are unable to install Zoom can join a meeting or webinar using the Zoom web client on their desktop web browser. You can automatically include a Join from your browser link or you can require participants to attempt to download Zoom first. The participant can click on Join from your browser.
Download the desktop app
- Google Chrome – Click GoToMeeting Installer.exe in the lower download toolbar. If prompted, click Run.
- Mozilla Firefox – Click Save File > Download icon > GoToMeeting Installer.exe in the drop-down menu. If prompted, click Run.
- Internet Explorer – Click Run in the lower pop-up message.
You can create one manually in Windows by:
- Right-clicking on the desktop.
- New > Shortcut.
- Then paste: C:UsersYourWindowsUserNameAppDataLocalGoToMeeting12023g2mstart.exe "/Action Host" "/Trigger Shortcut" "/Product G2M"
- Click Next.
- Name the shortcut GoToMeeting.
- Click Finish.
To schedule a meeting on a PC:
- Right-click the GoToMeeting icon in your system tray.
- Click Schedule a Meeting and enter your account information to log in.
- In the Schedule Meeting dialog box, insert your meeting information and hit the Schedule button.
- After scheduling the meeting, you'll receive a notification.
