The Unseen Elder is a villainous character in the Witcher 3 expansion Blood and Wine. He is an ancient and extremely powerful higher vampire. He lives in a cave near Toussaint where he guards the sealed gate between this world and the one where the vampires came from.
The only way to finish it is to kill the beast (Dettlaff). The next quest is Pomp and Strange Circumstance. You can reveal the identity of the fifth victim of the beast (optional quest of finding the bootblack with Regis). However, in difference to ending three (good one), it won't impact the further events.
1. Anna Henrietta, Syanna, and Dettlaff all die. This seems to be the only possible ending on the Unseen Elder path, but one can also get it instead of ending 4 by making bad choices in dialogues with or related to Syanna.Jun 7, 2016
She could be dead and buried, or if she reconciled with Anna Henrietta you'll find them chilling together on one of the main balconies at the palace, I think it's adjacent to a big plaza near the gardens.
Hen Gaidth armor is a heavy armor that is only found during the quest What Lies Unseen when inside the Unseen Elder's cave, along with other items in the set.
Looted in Unseen Elder's lair. These gauntlets are found along with a matching steel sword, underwater just inside the Unseen Elder's cave. To find the gauntlets, at first junction left dive into the water, the chest is off to the left at the far end.
Honorable Mention – The Hen Gaidth Armor SetIf you don't want to spend time finding and crafting one of the Witcher School sets, then it's certainly worth finding this one. You'll need to be at least level 53 to wear the Hen Gaidth armor. Stat-wise, this set offers better protection than even Grandmaster Ursine.
Jan 23, 2020 The armor can be found in Tesham Mutna Ruins, in the southern part of the map, during the main quest La Cage Au Fou. You can pick up all 6 pieces while you follow Regis through the dungeons. The Tesham Mutna Armor is another intriguing and rare armor set introduced into the Blood and Wine DLC. It's one of the best armors in the game and one of the coolest-looking. Gesheft (Land of a Thousand Fables)This variant of the sword can be found in the Land of a Thousand Fables by following the pixie light after defeating the Cloud Giant and before entering the castle.
The Unseen ElderPick either dialogue option and the result will be the same. Once you wake up, use your Witcher Senses to pick up all your dropped gear, along with some Enhanced Swallow. Use this potion and you'll end up passing out again. Wake up a second time and head through the only exit.
Nov 3, 2016 In his rage, he tries to attack Geralt but Regis intervenes and fights Dettlaff. The two vampires battle and Regis is eventually smashed into a brick wall. Geralt continues the fight with Dettlaff, who after taking damage transforms into a skeletal vampire beast.
You won't miss the moment when the third and final phase of the battle starts. Geralt will destroy Dettlaff's wings and he will be moved to a new arena which looks like insides of a giant living organism. During this phase you should perform as many dodges as possible and keep away from Dettlaff. Don't attack him.
