How to export all contacts
- Open the Contacts app.
- Tap the three-line menu icon in the top left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Export under Manage Contacts.
- Select every account to ensure you export every contact on your phone.
- Tap Export to VCF file.
- Rename the name if you want, then tap Save.
Launch the Contacts app on your Mac (found in Applications/Contacts). In the Groups pane on the left, make sure All Contacts is selected at the top of the list. (If the Groups view is hidden, select the menu bar option View -> Show Groups to reveal it.) From the menu bar, select Card -> Look for Duplicates.

Duplicate messages

Change contact details

Steps

Merge duplicates
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app .
- At the top left, tap Menu. Suggestions.
- Tap Clean up duplicates. If you don't see this, you don't have any contacts that can be merged.
- Optional: If you'd rather choose which contacts to merge: Open your device's Contacts app .
Remove duplicate contacts
- Make a copy of your contacts.
- Open Contacts.
- From the Card menu, select Card > Look for Duplicates.
- When asked, click Merge.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until no duplicates are found.
- Make another copy of your iCloud Contacts.

Method #1Delete Single Contacts on Your iPhone
- Go to the Contacts app.
