The Device Activation tab is for activating your Pandora account on in-home devices such as Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, etc. If you're attempting to activate Pandora on your mobile device, you already have simply by signing into the app with your Pandora account email address and password.
How to Install Pandora Onto Your iPhone

Adding Apps on a VIA or VIA+ TV

Artist Only mode will only play songs from the artist headlining your station (unless you've added variety to your station, in which case it will play tracks from those artists as well).
The culprit — as you might have suspected if you caught it on your head unit's display — is Pandora's auto-play feature that's meant for Bluetooth-enabled devices. For 1) - Yes, you can certainly use any/all Roku devices linked to an account at the same time. We have no limitations. For 2) - This depends on the streaming service(s). Some services limit the number of devices that can be used with one account at one time.Steps
