Simply login to your SSS account on the website or mobile app and you will immediately see your SSS number. On the My. SSS website, your SSS number is located at the upper-left portion of the page, just below your name. On the SSS mobile app, the SSS number can be found on the upper-right corner of the screen.
When your SSS online registration is unsuccessful, you may try doing it again using another registration option (refer to Step 1) or you can email SSS at for assistance.
Every business owner who hires individuals needs to have an employer number from the SSS. This is usually a 10-digit number that you can use in all transactions with the agency. Normally, you need to register with the SSS and receive an employer ID number required to set up an online account.
Login to your SSS account and navigate to MEMBER INFO and then
click Update Contact Info.
Under the Online Correction section, choose the data that you want to change:
- Mailing Address.
- Foreign Address.
- Telephone Number.
- Mobile Number.
- Email Address.

How to Enroll your Disbursement Account on My.SSS for your Benefits Loan Proceeds
- Log in to your My. SSS Account.
- Click Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM) under the E-Services tab.
- Read the reminders on account enrollment, tick the box to certify that you have read and understood them, then click “Proceedâ€
You can find your payment reference number near the top right hand corner of your Customer Invoice/Statement.
- Step 1: Register for Text-SSS. First, you need to register by texting SSS REG <SS Number> <Birthday MM/DD/YYY> to 2600. For example: SSS REG 0529310429 07/20/1990.
- Step 2: Text the Keyword to 2600. Making an SSS text inquiry is so easy. All you have to do is to text the specific keyword for your desired inquiry to 2600.
The Common Reference Number (CRN) is issued to SSS members who apply for a Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID). It links the ID numbers of SSS, GSIS, Pag-IBIG Fund, and PhilHealth. It's printed on the upper right portion of UMID cards issued since 2011.
A computer generated reference number given to an account, payer of money or a person who makes a payment with a type of card as confirmation the specific amount of money is paid to a specific account. When we pay money online the computer naturally assigns a computer generated payment reference number.
If with less than 120 monthly contributions, the member shall be entitled to a lump sum amount equivalent to the contributions paid by him/her and on his/her behalf. The retiree has the option to receive the first 18 months pension in lump sum, discounted at a preferential rate to be determined by the SSS.
Now we can pay our SSS contributions using Gcash app. No charge because it's free. we can also pay our SSS loans thru GCash using our mobile phone. In addition, all SSS members contributions will be posted automatically after payment using PRN (Payment Reference Number).
Another way to check the SSS loan status is by doing it over the phone. The SSS hotline is 1455 at 1-800-10-2255777 toll-free.
Members can register by sending their SSS number and birthdate using the format "SSS REG <SS Number> <MM/DD/YY>" to 2600. SSS text transactions require a Personal Identification Number (PIN) code, which will be sent through text after successful registration.
PRN (Permanent Registration Number) is a unique number which is allotted by DDU- GKY Division, Ministry of Rural Development. PRN is the Prime requirement before submission of any project DDU-GKY/ Roshini/ Himayat Projects under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY).
Does my PRN expire? A: Yes. Five days after the payment deadline. The deadline is included on the generated PRN.
Real-Time Processing of Loans (RTPL) reminder. All employers and members with existing loans! Payment Reference Numbers (PRN) for Loans are available every 7th day of the month through the RTPL-PRN tab in your My. SSS account.
If you are self-employed (SE) or a voluntary member (VM), you must pay the full 12%, based on the monthly earnings that you declared at the time of registration (for SE), or the MSC that you set for yourself (for VM, such as members separated from employment).
Self-employed/voluntary members should:Pay your contributions using SS Form RS-5 (Contributions Payment Return) monthly or quarterly in accordance with the prescribed schedule of payment. Beginning 01 January 2004, self-employed and voluntary members, including OFWs may change their MSC monthly.
