• If your PC is on a domain, your system administrator must reset your password.
• If you're using a Microsoft account, you can reset your password online.
• If you're using a local account, use your password hint as a reminder.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account using your current password. If you forgot your password, either select Forgot my password and follow the steps.
2. Once you've signed in, select Security.
3. Select Password security.
4. Type your current password, then type a new password and type it again to verify.
5. Select Save.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open your device's Settings app Google. Google Account.
2. At the top, tap Security.
3. Under "Signing in to Google," tap Password. You might need to sign in.
4. Enter your new password, then tap Change Password.

1. Visit Forgot Password.
2. Enter either the email address or username on the account.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
5. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password.

Change your password

1. Open your Google Account.
2. Under "Security," select Signing in to Google.
3. Choose Password.
4. Enter your new password, then select Change Password.

1. Go to the Recover your account page.
2. Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype ID you used when you made your Microsoft account.
3. If you have security info on your account, we'll send a one-time code to the alternate phone number or email address you gave us.

1. Look up your username using your security contact phone number or email address.
2. Request a security code to be sent to the phone number or email you used.
3. Enter the code and select Next.
4. When you see the account you're looking for, select Sign in.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account on an Xbox or PC.
2. Download an app or game from the Microsoft Store .
3. Go to select Don't see your device?, then follow the instructions.

1. Step 1: Add a new email address or phone number. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
2. Step 2: Set the new email address as your primary alias.
3. Step 3: Remove the email address you no longer want to use to sign in.

Unlocking your account

1. Enter a phone number to request a security code be sent to you via text message.
2. After the text arrives, enter the security code into the web page.

1. To open the options, press the Alt and T keys at the same time. Click Options.
2. Switch to the Security tab and click Passwords. Click the Saved Passwords button. A list of saved passwords will appear.
3. To narrow down the list, enter mail.com in the search field. Click Show Passwords and confirm by clicking Yes.

1. Download and install Outlook Password Recovery program on your local computer.
2. After installing, start the program and click on the “Start Recovery” button.
3. The program will begin to search your Windows registry for Outlook email accounts, then decrypt and retrieve your Outlook passwords immediately.

1. Step 1: Check if you can change it. On your Android phone or tablet, open your device's Settings app Google. Google Account. At the top, tap Personal info.
2. Step 2: Change it. Next to your email address, select Edit . Enter the new email address for your account.
