You can export data from one form at a time or from several forms at once. It is also possible to export data from InfoPath e-mail forms that are stored in an InfoPath Forms folder in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or stored in a document library on a site that is running Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services.
Click the File tab. Click Save As. In the File name box, type a name for the form. In the Save as type box, click a file type.
With Microsoft Forms, you can create a form (such as a survey or poll) or quiz (such as a math exam for students). Use form and quiz settings to specify deadlines, identify form responders, display correct answers for quizzes, and to set other preferences for Microsoft Forms. , and then select Settings.
Create a DOCX or PDF file from a template when a Microsoft Form is submitted. Files will be saved in OneDrive.
Work with your team members to create and edit a form
- In Teams, go to the channel you want and click Add a tab .
- Under Tabs for your team, click Forms.
- In the Forms tab configuration page that opens, choose Create a shared form that your team can edit, then provide a name for your new form.
Go to form, top right, three dots. Open drop down, then select “make a copy”. You can now edit the copy.
We're happy to announce that we have successfully released forms sharing and co-authoring features. Forms sharing will enable form designers to share forms with other people, or invite others to be the co-owners so that they can work on one form together collaboratively.
The GeoGebra App for PowerPoint lets you insert interactive GeoGebra materials into your presentation. Any changes you make to these GeoGebra materials are saved in your PowerPoint file. You can also export your presentation with embedded GeoGebra materials as an Office Mix and they will work with any web-browser.
Share results with others
- Select the Responses tab.
- Click More options .
- Select Create a summary link.
- Select Copy.

Share a quiz or form to collaborate
- Open the quiz or form you want to collaborate on.
- Select Share.
- Select Get a link to view and edit.
- Select Copy next to the textbox with your form's link.
Re: Reusing an old FormWhen you are on the homepage of forms go to the three dots on a form. When you click on the three dots you get two options Copy and delete.
What's new in May in Microsoft Forms. We continue making it easier to work with Microsoft Forms, the simple way to create surveys, quizzes, and polls. Recent updates give you more control over working with questions, let you bring forms into Stream, and improve security measures for recently disactivated users.
When you are on the "My Forms" tab, just click the menu in the top right corner of the actual form, then you will see a Copy button.
To have Microsoft Forms randomly shuffle the order of the options displayed to users of the form, click the ellipses button () (4) and then click Shuffle options. You can also add a subtitle for a question by clicking the ellipses button () and then select Subtitle.
Select a question and do any of the following actions:
- Drag to reorder a question. You can also drag and reorder answers.
- Delete a question.
- Click More more_vert to: Add a description or hint.
- To shuffle the question order, click Settings settings > Presentation.
- Add an image to a question.
- Add a YouTube video.
How to get started
- First, open a form and from the action toolbar on the right, select Import Questions.
- Then, from the dialogue box, select the form with the questions you want to import.

In Google Forms, you can click in the three dots next to send and click Print. Save it as a OneNote file, then you open it and you will find copyable pictures like the figures in the response section in Google Forms. When you copy them to a Word document they look pretty cool.
How to use Google Forms
- Step 1: Set up a new form or quiz. Go to forms.google.com. Click Blank .
- Step 2: Edit and format a form or quiz. You can add, edit, or format text, images, or videos in a form. Edit your form.
- Step 3: Send your form for people to fill out. When you are ready, you can send your form to others and collect their responses.
