Clustering in Excel
- Download and install the Data Mining Add-in.
- Click “Data Mining,” then click “Cluster,” then “Next.”

Excel Solver - How to load or start Solver

Procedure
- Click the File tab and then click Options. (In Microsoft Excel 2007, click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Excel Options.)

- Click OK.

- On the Tools menu, click Trust Center, and then click Add-ins.

- If the Developer tab is showing on your Excel Ribbon, click that, then click the Excel Add-ins command.
- OR, click the File tab, then click Options, and click the Add-Ins category.
- At the bottom of the window, in the Manage drop down list, choose Excel Add-ins, and then click Go.
If the add-in is not enabled, please do so by clicking on the checkbox. If so, select it and hit Enable to see if the add-in now appears in the application. Path: Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel > File > Options > Add-ins > Disabled Items > GO.
Note: If the add-in is enabled in RUNNER but does not appear in Excel, an error may have occurred during installation that prevented the add-in from installing correctly. Click the Office button, and then click Excel Options. Click Add-Ins. Under Manage, click Disabled Items, and then click Go.
