- Go to Vimeo, and find the video you want to embed.

Most streaming platforms recommend the use of MP4 files instead of MOV, since MP4 files work with more streaming protocols. MP4 are typically more compressed and smaller in size, while MOV files are often higher in quality and larger in size.
Vimeo does not accept audio files, image files, or other non-video formats, such as: MP3, WAV, WMA, JPG, and PNG. Project files such as imovieproject and dvdproj files are also unsupported, since these are not video files.
