From the Meeting tab, select Scheduling Assistant. The Scheduling Assistant view appears, which looks something like a spreadsheet. You will see your name and schedule in the top row. Note: On the right-hand side, you will see the Suggested Times list.
Find the next or all available free time for a meeting in Outlook
- In the Calendar view, click Home > New Meeting to create a new meeting.
- In the new Meeting window, click Meeting > Scheduling Assistant.
- Click the Add Attendees button at the bottom of the window.
- Go ahead to click Options > AutoPick > All People and one Resource to find out the next free time for the new meeting.

To do a busy search, click the scheduling assistant. This will give you a list of the attendees calendars. When you've finished, click send to send the invitation or discard to cancel all your changes.

Right mouse click on the calendar you are missing and choose Delete Calendar. In some cases the calendar will now reappear in your Calendar area under Other Calendars. If it does not reappear then go back to the list of folders in the Mail area of Outlook.

Insert Availability in Outlook
- Open a new compose window or reply to an existing email thread.
- On the Outreach panel, click on "Insert Availability".
- A pop up window will appear with your calendar view for the day.
- On the right hand side, you'll find "Meeting Details".
- Further down the right hand side, you'll be able to insert availability.

How do I use send availability in outlook mobile?
- Open up your email in outlook mobile.
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing email.
- Tap the calendar icon when composing a new email or replying to an email.

- The calendar view is now opened.

When you open the Scheduling Assistant, the hours shown for each day aren't from midnight to midnight, though; they're from 8 am to 5 pm. This is Outlook's default working day, which you can change to whatever hours you work. Click File > Options > Calendar and look for the “Work Time” section.
