Attach your antenna to your converter box that is connected to your television. Adjust the antenna so that all of the basic cable channels come in clearly on the analog television set. You should now be able to watch all the channels you watched before through a digital connection.
How To Get More Channels with Your Indoor Antenna
- Experiment with Different Locations in Your Home.

- Face it Towards the TV Transmitter Towers.
- Lay Your Antenna Flat Horizontally.

- Eliminate Electronic Interference.
First check that your TV is set to the correct Source or Input, try changing the Source or Input to AV, TV, Digital TV or DTV if you haven't already. If your “No Signal” message is not due to incorrect Source or Input being selected, then it's most likely caused by a set up or antenna fault.
If you rely on an antenna to watch your local stations and you have lost a channel, it may be due to a frequency move. You can rescan your TV to ensure you are receiving all available channels. If a station in your area is not quite finished with their technical work, your ability to access the station may be impacted.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELEMENT ANDROID TVs.
- Press the HOME button.
- Scroll down to the inputs section then select CHANNELS.
- Press the menu button on the remote and move to TV options then select SETTINGS (last option).

Hold down the 'back-up' button. Switch box back on (Still holding the back up button). Keep holding button until message on screen shows a software update in progress. Wait 10 minutes until it is complete, turn your Sky box back on and finally check the channels.
Scroll to and select “Network,” then select “Connect with Password.” The Sky box will search for nearby wireless networks. Select the name of your wireless network, then enter your network password. Press “Select” after entering your password, then press the red button on your remote to access On Demand service.
Immediately press keys: “2”, “4”, “8”, “5” on your remote control. The LED display on the front panel will change to “FACT” signifying that the box has been reset to factory settings. The box will resume boot-up. When the channel scan pop-up message appears, press OK to scan channels.
Switch your box off at the mains. Check there's no lights on at the front of your box and that all cables are securely connected. Switch your box on at the mains and check that the power light has returned. Wait at least 4 minutes and press sky to switch on your box.
In some cases you may need to refresh your cable box. To do so, you can click on "My Tasks" on the left side of the page, and then "Refresh Box". You may also refresh your box using the mySKY App. Open the app, select your CABLE account, then tap "Refresh" beside the box you want to refresh.

Adding favorite channels
- Set the TV to the desired channel you want to add as a favorite channel.
- Press the TV button on the supplied remote control, then display the TV menu.
- Select TV control.
- Select Add to Favorites.
- Select the item from Favorites 1 to Favorites 4 to register the favorite channels.
If you choose Change list, you'll be able to add or remove channels and also remove all. Once you've selected all the channels you want, select Save list. You can then choose to re-order the list or Save and finish.
