There are not a whole lot of places to find Lugia once you've missed the event needed to catch it in Fire Red. However, you can get Lugia in Gold, Silver, and Pokémon XD, though a little work is required to transfer it to Fire Red.
The only attacking move Zapdos knows is Drill Peck. Bring Zapdos' health down to the red and apply a status condition such as sleep or paralyze before attempting to catch him. Sleep and freeze are most effective, but are difficult to use because they're not permanent.

When you're ready, you can find Articuno by surfing southwest from the Southern coast of Fuschia City to a small cave. Inside the cave, drop two boulders through holes in the floor using HM strength, then head down to the lowest level and surf downriver to Articuno.

Xerneas as a plot important Legendary has a catch rate of 45. That means at full health you have a 5.9% chance of catching it with a normal Poke Ball. Actually, there's a significantly higher chance! It's not hard, I've caught all of them in Pokeballs.

Subscribe! After you defeat Elite Four, professor Oak gives to you TRI PASS, to you go to One, Two and Three Islands. Go to Vermilion City, go to port and choice wich one to go! You can go flying or boat.

Moltres is known as the Flame Pokémon, is a legendary Pokémon, one of the legendary birds, along with Articuno and Zapdos. It is a large bird that is literally ablaze with fire, resembling something related to a phoenix. Moltres appear to live in hot regions, particularly active volcanoes.
Is Articuno worth powering up? There will be much stronger ice types in the following generation, but Articuno is a decent bulky ice type for the time being, and is good for removing dragons from gyms. If you've got the resources to spare, go wild.

If you accidentally kill a Legendary, you can make them respawn.
Articuno (Japanese: ????? Freezer) is a dual-type Ice/Flying Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Along with Zapdos and Moltres, it is one of the three Legendary birds of Kanto.
Zapdos is definitely the best legendary bird statistically. With better stats and a move pool than the other 2. My favorite however is Articuno.

As with Zapdos, you'll be able to find a second legendary Articuno in the wild once you've caught the first – and if you're really lucky, even more than two! After you've raided Seafoam Islands, Articuno can be a rare spawn on Routes 1-4, 6-8, 10-19 and 21-25.
