The U.S. Postal Service will no longer be offering its services at Staples stores across the country. Staples confirmed that its partnership with USPS would be ending, saying in a statement that its customers would still have access to shipping services through its relationship with UPS.
In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day when you order by 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Special order items may take a little longer for delivery but are generally delivered within 2 to 10 days.
How much does it cost to have something delivered? Delivery is free on orders over $35 excluding GST and PST, coupons or price matches within local trade areas. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability. Orders under $35 are charged a $4.99 delivery fee.

- Click on My Account at the top right.
- Click on Orders on the left.
- Find your order and click View Order. The status should be seen above the photo of the article. The tracking should be seen under the list of products by clicking TRACK SHIPMENT.

At checkout, you can check store availability for everything in your cart at once by clicking “Store Pickup”. You will then see availability at stores near you and be able to search other stores. You can also view a particular product's store availability on the product page.
Select a store. Choose the Staples® store you would like to pick up your order at. When you receive your “ready for pick up” email, head to the store. You'll receive the first email confirming your order, and a second email letting you know your order is ready for pick up.
Inventory status of “Limited Stock” means that the retailer is reporting an item quantity of 1 on hand. Inventory status of “Out of Stock” means that the retailer is reporting an item is completely sold out, with no remaining units on hand.
