To change the primary
account details on your
energy account, give us a call.
Once we've created an account with your details and updated the primary name:
- You'll receive a new customer number and contract pack.
- You'll need to create a new log in for My Account.
- A final bill will be issued to the original account holder.
It is not possible to transfer games from one account to another. Each game has a single license for one account only.

Daily supply charges are the amount you pay to be connected to the electricity grid. Also called the 'service to property' charge, fixed charge or service charge, they are usually shown on your bill as a daily rate. Daily supply charges are not based on how much energy you use.
You should be able to take your total bill for electricity and divide it by the total number of the kilowatt hours you used in that month.
