- Step 1 - Copy your Calendly embed code. To find your Calendly embed code: In Calendly, click your account drop-down menu in the top-right corner.
- Step 2 - Add the code to your site. In Squarespace, choose the page where you want to add your calendar. Click an insert point and select Code from the Block Menu.

Calendly has three plans—Free, Premium, and Pro. The Premium plan costs $8 per user per month. The Pro plan is priced at $12 per user per month.Calendly pricing starts at $8.00 per month, per user. There is a free version of Calendly. Calendly does offer a free trial.

Is Calendly HIPAA Compliant? Calendly explains on its website that the platform is secure and all data uploaded is protected. As such, Calendly is not a HIPAA-compliant scheduling tool. The tool can be used by healthcare organizations, just not in connection with any ePHI.

When you sign up for Calendly using your Google email address, your calendar will automatically be connected to your account. You will be considered unavailable during any busy events added to these calendars, and the corresponding times will be removed from your scheduling page.

Calendly automatically detects your time zone when you create an account. You can view or change your time zone at any time from your Account Settings.
Creating Doodle polls is indeed free. Not only is it easier to send invitations when you've registered a free account with Doodle, but certain bits of information that are required when making each free poll are automatically entered for you such as your name and email address.
