Countries whose citizens need a visa to Malaysia
No visa is required for stays of less than one month for nationals of all ASEAN countries except Myanmar nationals. For a stay exceeding one month, a visa will be required, except for Brunei and Singapore nationals.You do not need a visa if you are coming for business or tourism for 90 days or less. Immigration officials will place an entry stamp, known as a social visit pass (visa), in your passport authorizing a stay of up to 90 days.
Applicants travelling for a short period can simply apply for the Malaysia visa online through an eNTRI or e-Visa system and receive the visas via email. For longer trip you will need to apply for a visa at the Malaysian Embassy or Consulate via the Visa application centers.
Malaysia visa fees. The Malaysia visa fee, both for a Single Entry or Multiple Entry Visa and a Transit Visa, is RM 20 (Malaysian Ringgit) for all countries, other than the countries listed below.
(a) Visa on Arrival (Tourist) will be issued only to those arriving by air through the Entry points of Yangon, Mandalay and Nay Pyi Taw International airports. (b) The fee for Visa on Arrival (Tourist) is US$ 50 and duration of stay in Myanmar is (30) days.
As a national of an ASEAN country, your Filipino or Indonesian domestic helper won't need a visa to visit Malaysia. Her visit must not exceed 30 days though; otherwise, she will need one.

Passport – to apply for a Malaysia eVisa, Myanmar citizens need a passport, which is pretty easy to get. If you already have a passport, you need to make sure that it keeps its validity for at least another 6 months from your date of arrival in Malaysia.
Indian passport holders need to apply for a visa to enter Myanmar. However, even with an eVisa, you will only be able to enter at the Yangon, Mandalay and Nap Pyi Taw International airports or one of the 5 International Land Border Checkpoints: Tachileik, Myawaddy, Kawthaung, Tamu-Moreh, Rih Khaw Dar-Zokhawthar.
Nationals of Myanmar must declare all foreign currency upon arrival. Foreigners must declare amounts exceeding USD 10,000. - or equivalent.

Entry/Exit Requirements
A valid passport and a Cambodian visa are required. Tourist and business visas are valid for one month beginning with the date of entry into Cambodia. Tourists and business travelers may also obtain a Cambodian visa at the airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and at all major border crossings.
