It's a fitting name, considering Cisco's powers are now tech-based. Looking at what Kadabra said, Cisco may continue operating as Mecha-Vibe for quite some time. For Kadabra to have knowledge of it, it must represent an important chapter in the character's life that won't end right away.
Gypsy and Cisco ended their relationship at an impasse, with Cisco unwilling to live on Earth-19 and replace her father Breacher, and Cynthia unwilling to leave her job to be with him. It's hard to say, although it's worth mentioning Gypsy's father Breacher got a mention in a recent episode.

Instead of writing him off the show, showrunner Eric Wallace told Entertainment Weekly that Ralph Dibny will be recast by another actor. While the Elongated Man will not play a major role in Season 7, his one-episode appearance will help showrunners tie up loose ends and move the storyline in a new direction.

After leaving The Flash, Wally joined the crew of the Waverider on Legends of Tomorrow, but his stay with the group didn't extend beyond season 3.

But with the show heading into a new era, Cavanagh says he decided it was time to part ways, making clear to Entertainment Weekly it was “definitely [his] decision†to leave the show. The Wells characters have been fun, but like we say, the show is called The Flash and it'll be fine without me.â€As Jessica Parker Kennedy's Nora West-Allen, a.k.a. XS, is officially returning to the Arrowverse in The Flash season 7, the show will be able to do her very differently post-Crisis on Infinite Earths.
So yeah, it's a goodbye but it's not that tragic because it leaves the door open for Cisco. Even though this is your formal goodbye episode, we know you return for the season 7 finale.

Valdes' final scenes as Cisco Ramon/Vibe aired in last month's episode 'Good-Bye Vibrations', when he left the Central City team to take a job in Star City with ARGUS, but the Team Flash member will be back for the show's two-part finale.This alter ego was created when her father, Thomas Snow, preformed experiments on her in an effort to save her from the ALS genes she had inherited from him. The cryogenic therapy that he used on her did successfully keep the ALS at bay, however it also caused Killer Frost to manifest within her.
In the season five finale, Cisco chooses to get rid of his powers by taking the metahuman cure he had developed earlier in the season so he can live a normal life.
At one point, Cisco finds himself brainwashed and loopy, after being hit with a blast of the meta-human's euphoria-inducing powers. Later, though, Chester (Brandon McKnight) frees him from his spell, and he manages to keep Bates' blimp from crashing into the stadium.
