The Solntsevskaya Bratva (Russian: Солнцевская братва), or simply the Bratva, was a powerful Russian Mafia organization. Oliver Queen was one of the highest-ranking members (a captain), due to the fact that he saved Anatoly Knyazev, one of the captains of the Bratva, from Anthony Ivo during his time on Lian Yu.
The Arrow series finale quietly killed off Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) in its final scene. In this scene, Felicity speaks with the Monitor (LaMonica Garrett), who says he's taking her to see Oliver (Stephen Amell). According to the Monitor, where they're going is a place she can never leave.

'Arrow' Gave Oliver A New Task For Season 5In a twist that probably everybody saw coming, Oliver became mayor of Star City in the Arrow Season 4 finale.

He was on the island for five years, and returned in the Arrow pilot episode, which took place in 2012. This means that Oliver was already 27 years old at this point. Fast forward to eight seasons, and Oliver is 34 years of age. He died on December 10, 2019, a few months short of his 35th birthday.
Oliver claims to have said "please" to the Russians, though a close approximation was actually, "If you do this to my people, I will make your children orphans".
Mirakuru was a serum that gave Deathstroke (Manu Bennett) superhuman strength. In last week's episode, Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) injected himself with a serum that appeared to have a similar effect. After Slade's defeat, he was imprisoned on Lian Yu until the Mirakuru finally wore off.
"Brothers and Sisters" revealed she has something going on with Dante, and Diaz admitted he owed a massive debt to Dante that put his safety in question. Emiko may have acted as an enforcer on Dante's behalf, and killed Diaz in order to settle the score between the two men.
He just sees him as an obstacle to be taken out because he wants to run the city. He's like Darkh, except even simpler because he also doesn't have some grand world shaking master plan, he just wants to be a crime lord and make lots of money. He just wants the city under his control and Oliver is in the way.
In “The Slabside Redemption,” Diaz pays off a guard to roam free around the maximum-security prison and then breaks into the cellblock. When he and Oliver finally face off with the prison burning around them, Oliver stabs Diaz and leaves him bleeding (but alive) in his cell.
Diaz ultimately met his downfall when Oliver Queen turned himself over to the F.B.I. and exposed his secret identity to the public in exchange for their help in taking him down (as well as both Laurel and Anatoly betraying Diaz for Team Arrow).
Emiko Adachi, also known as Emiko Queen, is the main antagonist of Season 7 of the TV series Arrow and a minor character in Season 8. She was the estranged paternal half-sister of Oliver Queen and the leader of the Ninth Circle, as well as the third Green Arrow following Oliver's incarceration.
After Felicity and Curtis deactivate the timers, Diaz goes to trigger the bombs remotely — but a fwip! from New Green Arrow knocks his phone out of his hand. Diaz is then captured, while the Longbow Hunters slip away.
Taking this as an opportunity, Diaz escaped and took over Slabside Penitentiary to finally face off with Queen. Although, even with his new enhanced strength, Diaz was defeated by Queen and left for dead in the latter's cell, therefore finally defeating him for good.

Shado (died 2008) was a lawyer and pre-med student. She was also the daughter of the late Yao Fei Gulong and the twin sister of Mei. Shado is a former mentor/ex-lover of Oliver Queen, as well as a good friend of Sara Lance and Slade Wilson, the latter of whom had feelings for her.
Slade swore vengeance against Oliver as well upon learning that he apparently chose to save Sara Lance over Shado, a woman he claimed to have loved. During a climactic battle aboard the Amazo, Oliver seemingly killed Slade after stabbing an arrow into his right eye.
Slade's personality takes a turn for the worse after his injection with Mirakuru, which combined with his grief over the loss of Shado makes him impulsive, reckless, aggressive, violent, and bent on revenge against Ivo.
Batman and RobinBatman defeats Deathstroke by taking advantage of the two-way connection between him and Robin by using a taser on Robin, the resulting electric shock overwhelming Deathstroke's enhanced senses.
Also because to Slade, Sara was just a stranger, so in a way, he trusted Oliver to take care of Shado because they had been a team together on the island. Oliver also owed it to Yao Fei to rescue Shado, and so in a way Oliver failed all 3 of them by choosing Sara over Shado.
How did Slade get so rich? He's Deathstroke. He's a mercenary. He kills people for money and he makes a lot because there's no one better.
deathstroke lost his eye because of his wife (Adeline Kane) who injured his eye because of the death of one of his sons Jericho because he chose honor of trade above his family which angered his wife and she shot the right eye of slade.
