Declined usually means they couldn't charge my account because the bank refused the transaction for a variety of reasons. The bank had put a temporary hold on the account thinking it might be fraud but when I said, no I shopped at HEB's SHIPT today, they cleared the transactions, all 7 of them.

BJ's now offers curbside pickup in all our Clubs.
When you arrive at the club, park in one of the parking spaces designated with a curbside pickup sign. Sign into the app and tap In-Club, then Pickup Check-In, then Curbside Pickup. The app will prompt you to enter your car's make and color. Then a BJ's team member will deliver your order to your vehicle.
Customers in the U.S. can pay for online orders with a valid EBT card, in full or in part, from participating Aldi stores in select states. We plan to expand the number of states and retailers accepting online EBT payments on the Instacart platform. Currently, Instacart cannot accept EBT cash.
