You have to trade one or more of your guys to one of the teams for the player(s) involved in the original deal. Then trade that one or more player back to their original team for the other players involved in the original deal and then of course trade them back to their team for your player(s).
Unfortunately, unless you are one of the NBA's few team owners, you really can't make these moves happen. In NBA 2K21, you can actually trade for your faves in the MyLeague feature, which allows you to construct and play or simulate a fictional NBA season as one or several teams.

No, your MyPLAYER Inventory and progress will not transfer, as the experience will be different for NBA 2K21 on next-generation consoles.
