Pirate Ship supports 2x7" label formats, but you must set your label size before you create any labels. Just go to Pirate Ship's Settings / General Settings page to switch to the 2x7" label size, which works perfectly for these printers: Any Dymo printer with the 99019 label paper size.
After going through third of a roll of labels, I found a setting that works in Etsy, when purchasing postage through Etsy.
- Set your print preference (in Etsy label "Download Preference" ) to 4" x 6"
- In "print label" screen choose your printer: "Dymo 450"
- In "paper size" box choose "30256 Shipping"
You can use any direct thermal 4x6†printer with Pirate Ship, and typically any 4x6" direct thermal labels will work with them. Just make sure you're buying DIRECT THERMAL label paper, not THERMAL TRANSFER label paper, as they're different technologies

The DYMO Label Writer 450 is a great printer that can print name tags, stamps, and address labels. However, for 4†x 6†labels, this printer WILL NOT work. The reasoning behind this is simple: The DYMO Labelwriter 450 doesn't support 4†x 6†labels.

Creating a new label layout
- Launch the DYMO Label software.
- Select your desired label size on the left.
- Use the Insert menu to add elements to your label layout.
- Choose the text or barcode elements that should be filled in dynamically.
- Double click the element and open it's Properties window.
