With the new version of GroupMe, users can record videos up to 30 seconds in length and share them with an entire group simultaneously. Videos can be sent within direct messages, and you've also got the option of importing previously-recorded clips from your iOS camera roll.
How do I send a video in GroupMe?

If you did not receive an invite message at all, it may be because your friend misspelled your email address. Ask your friend to go to the group's settings page and double-check your email address/phone number, and make sure that it matches the address/number on your account settings page.

Most people that I have had shared or sent photos to have used iPhones. I have sent photos over the messenger app, GroupMe, and I have shared photos over Google photos as well. The original photo/video/audio quality is maintained, without compression (unlike MMS).

Shoot an email to support@groupme.com letting us know you're having trouble receiving your PIN. Make sure to include your phone number! Once our team has helped you get your PIN, enter it in the app to verify your number.You also have the option to stop messaging from all of your GroupMe groups at once. Tap the group name on the smartphone application, then touch the "Settings" icon. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Leave This Group." An alternative is disabling the service from the GroupMe website (link in Resources).

Tap the Camera icon to take a picture, or tap the Gallery icon to browse for a photo to attach. Add text if desired, then tap the MMS button to send your image with your text message.
Make sure you're using the latest version of
GroupMe. Check the app store to see if there are any updates.
Is GroupMe crashing?
- Force the app to close: Tap and hold the back button, then tap the X at the top left.
- Try restarting your phone.
- Try reinstalling GroupMe.

Open any mailbox, then click on the Closed folder from the left-hand sidebar. Scroll to the bottom of the Closed folder, then click on the Recently Deleted link. Clicking on a conversation will show you a preview of the deleted message. Just click the Restore Conversation button to restore the conversation.
You can export your GroupMe data from your profile dashboard.
- Go to your profile dashboard and select Export my data.
- You can create a new export, or download a previous export. Note: You can only have one active export at a time.
- After clicking Create export, you can choose which data set you'd like to export.

- Login with your GroupME credentials.
- Authenticate your account by entering a 4-digit code texted to your phone.

- Allow for messages to “sync” with the SearchMe app.
