Each of our fingers represents one of the five elements:
Ring Finger = Earth (Prithivi) Thumb = Fire (Agni) Index finger = Air (Vayu) Small Finger = Water (Varun or Jala)You may be literally losing your grip on life. To dream that you are crossing your fingers symbolize optimism, success, luck and hope. To dream that your fingers are injured or have been chopped off denote your anxieties about your ability to accomplish some demanding task or perform in some waking situation.

May also be called: Cut. An open wound of the finger means a cut or break of the skin there. The wound may be minor and near the surface of the skin. Or it can be more serious, affecting deeper tissues of the finger, such as tendons, ligaments, nerves, blood vessels, or bone.
Blood indicates life force, happiness, life energy, spirits, and the essence of humanity. This dream can also suggest deep love, emotion, passion, and minor disappointments. To see the word "blood" written on a mirror or wall in your dream means a situation cannot be changed.

Although, some dreams can be about a physical action, your mind is normally focused on its conscious and subconscious memories. For me dreaming is simply your mind flushing out subconscious data. If you cannot see your hands, it's because they are not the focus of your dream.
The difference between dreams and reality is called life. We want something, dream for it, work for something else and that's what get turned into reality and that's where our life revolves around. So the difference is huge as well as narrow.
To dream about counting suggests that you are living your life too rigidly. The dream could be a metaphor for 'counting on' or 'being counted on'. It's possible you are someone who others always count on for things- or perhaps you need to be.
They don't ever appear in dreams when you are misinformed. Many people have dreams including clocks, of any sort, and both proper or improper timekeeping. Some dreams take place in realtime, though many or most do not.

It's surely possible to die in your sleep or inside of a dream, however, to be killed by a (lucid) dream in the real life – not really. Honestly, there is really no evidence that a lucid dream can kill you. The thing is, it cannot be proven on 100%.
You can no more get stuck in a lucid dream than you can get stuck in a regular dream or nightmare. "Dream limbo" is just a plot device for the movies. In fact, lucidity affords you the opportunity to wake up on demand. Many people learn to start lucid dreaming naturally by using it to wake up from nightmares.
Lucid dreaming is generally very safe for those who are mentally stable, but it's important to go over some of the potential risks associated with the practice. This can be frightening since you can't move, you're aware that you're awake, but still may be experiencing hallucinations from your dream.
